A Customer Needs Analysis in Reverse
Digital Media Audit
We use state-of-the-art technology platforms to dive into your digital media presence. We uncover your strengths and weaknesses, and then engage in a conversation with you about your wants and needs. But realize that this isn't the typical customer needs analysis during which we ask you a long list of questions about your business. Rather, we flip that on its head. In the first meeting, tell you about your digital presence and go from there.
Proposal
We'll build a proposal based upon the data we uncovered in the audit and the subsequent discussion with you. It'll address the issues we've looked and will be within the budget that we've agreed upon. We'll distribute that budget across those the different digital channels to to make sure your budget is going to right place.
Analyze and Optimize
Every month, we'll make sure you understand what we did and what we're going to do moving forward.
